Empire State Building Lobby & Beacon Theatre Honored with Lucy G. Moses Awards

Beyer Blinder Belle's restorations of the Empire State Building Lobby and Beacon Theatre have each been recognized with Lucy G. Moses Preservation Awards from the New York City Landmarks Conservancy. The Moses Awards are the Conservancy's highest honors for outstanding preservation efforts and are named for Lucy Goldschmidt Moses, a dedicated New Yorker whose generosity benefited the City for over 50 years. The Awards honor preservation leaders, public officials, organizations, owners, builders, architects, and craftspeople who restore the beauty and utility of New York's great architecture. This year marks the 20th presentation of the Awards, which have recognized nearly 200 individuals, organizations, and building owners for their extraordinary contributions to our city.
