‘21’ Club

BBB’s renovation of the landmark ‘21’ Club Restaurant combines contemporary materials and finishes with restored historic details to attract a new generation of patrons while maintaining its exclusive reputation and ambiance.

Located near the theatre district in midtown Manhattan, the ‘21’ Club Restaurant’s lower level lounge was renovated and repurposed by BBB for use as a cocktail lounge with a full bar. The space features new leather bar stools, upholstered tub lounge chairs, and an antiqued-gold patina mirror behind the bar that stylistically relates to the signature steps, jockeys, and iron metal work of the exterior. In addition to the lower level lounge, BBB transformed two private dining rooms on the first floor into a flexible catering and event space that is equipped to function for contemporary events. Audio/visual systems, flexible walls, new decorative lighting, and new coffered ceilings with traditional moldings were added, as well as structural elements to provide a more open floor plan and modified HVAC systems.
