100 Eleventh Avenue

100 Eleventh Avenue is a condominium tower overlooking the Hudson River, featuring a distinctive, curved curtain wall never before seen in New York City.

BBB served as Executive Architect for 100 Eleventh Avenue — a 23-story tower in the West Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, designed with Ateliers Jean Nouvel. The building features 72 residences, including one, two, and 3-bedroom apartments, five unique penthouses, and a single grand residence on the top floor. Building amenities include a glass-walled lobby looking into a garden; a multi-level art gallery; a fitness center; and a 75' indoor-outdoor swimming pool. The exterior of the building features a gently curving mosaic of 1,700 windows of differing sizes and angles that frame dazzling views of the Hudson River. A 7-story street wall of mullioned glass stands 15 feet from the façade to create three semi-enclosed atria where plants and trees are suspended in a steel grid over the lobby restaurant and residents' private terraces.
