J Coopers Row Tops Out in Washington, DC

J Coopers Row, a 310-unit residential building in Washington, DC, recently celebrated its topping-out, and BBB’s own Kevin Storm, Jennie Gwin, Anna Barbour, and Timothy Harkin were on hand to celebrate with developer Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG), builder Paradigm Companies, and many others.

Located at 1319 South Capitol Street across from Nationals Park, J Coopers Row is a contemporary brick-and-glass building that adds market-rate and affordable housing to the city’s rapidly developing Southwest Waterfront neighborhood, while preserving the human scale of the low-rise-streetscape.
