Róisín Cooper is BBB’s Director of Human Resources, overseeing talent management, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, immigration, and compliance. Throughout her career, she has focused on building strong teams, supporting employee growth, and helping organizations create a positive and effective workplace culture. Prior to joining BBB, Róisín held HR leadership roles at engineering and consulting firms in New York City. She joined BBB in 2026.
