Andrew S. Jacobs
Andrew Jacobs is a Senior Architect and Project Manager whose construction management experience benefits all his projects, providing the technical expertise gained only from hands-on fieldwork.
Andrew is a Principal in BBB’s New York City office with a diverse portfolio of large-scale commercial, retail, and residential projects, encompassing new buildings, adaptive reuse, and historic restorations. He has worked on many mixed-use developments in complex urban sites with difficult construction logistics, and he is skilled at navigating intricate zoning regulations. His clients include commercial real estate developers such as Aurora Capital Associates, Boston Properties, Brookfield Properties, Capital Properties, The Cordish Companies, EJS Group, Extell Development, Hope Street Capital, LCOR, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, SK Development, SL Green Realty Corp., and SR Capital; private clients including Sotheby’s; institutional clients including Indiana University and Manhattan School of Music; transit agencies including Metro-North Railroad and New Jersey Transit; and sacred organizations including Temple Beth-El of Great Neck and Temple B’nai Jeshurun. Andrew received his Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University. He has worked at BBB since 1998.
