Graham Roscoe
Graham Roscoe specializes in the restoration and reuse of historic and existing buildings. He has led preservation projects for cathedrals, academic institutions, museums, and iconic commercial structures and collaborated with diverse preservation experts. He is a specialist in building conditions assessment and repair, with expertise in hands-on surveys, detailing for building envelopes, and construction phase services. In addition to more than 20 years of experience improving existing structures, Graham has also worked on timber-frame homes, assisted a non-profit community architecture office, and designed additions and repairs to public schools. Graham earned bachelor’s degrees in both Architecture and Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He joined BBB in 2015.
