As Director of BBB's Information Systems Management, Irene Britton oversees all aspects of the firm's technology and office services, systems, and support staff. She works closely with IT consultants to maximize the firm's operational efficiency in both the New York and DC offices using advanced systems and practices. As a senior software developer, Irene is also instrumental in visioning, developing, implementing, and monitoring customized software applications for the firm, including BBB's intranet, a platform for enhanced website functionality, an archival system, and a proprietary project management website. Irene received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College in New York City. She has been with BBB since 2006.
