IT Helpdesk Technician

Jhon Samson is an IT Helpdesk Technician who is particularly inspired by BBB’s restoration projects and their impact on preserving architectural heritage. After interning in the IT department at Saint Peter’s University, he began his career as an Installation Technician at Hiper Networks, an ISP company; provided seasonal office support for Hudson County, NJ; and returned to Saint Peter's University as a Client Services Technician. Jhon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Saint Peter's University and earned COMPTIA A+ certification, further strengthening his expertise in IT support. He joined BBB in 2025.
