Sally Lape

Architect


Sally Lape is an Architect with a long-held interest in the design of public spaces, particularly the repurposing and enhancement of existing space. Before joining BBB, Sally worked at a firm in San Francisco, where she contributed to notable cultural and institutional projects including student and affordable housing, community centers, historic renovation, and more. Her master's thesis, centered on urban interventions, involved designing a series of small-scale public projects in California. Sally was awarded a traveling research fellowship, enabling her to travel across the United States and internationally to study the reuse of buildings associated with historic social conflict. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design at Stanford University and her Master of Architecture at University of California, Berkeley. Sally joined BBB in 2024.
