As NYU Langone Health’s main campus and affiliated facilities continued to grow, the institution sought a unified, adaptable approach to patient and visitor navigation. The new system extends the wayfinding master plan through a network of digital tools—including welcome pylons, directional kiosks, and physician directories—designed for consistent implementation across multiple sites.
The platform delivers information in ten languages and is centrally managed, ensuring accuracy and ease of updates as new facilities come online. Integrated with MyChart and other patient-centered systems, the digital wayfinding experience provides visitors with clear, inclusive, and up-to-date guidance throughout NYU Langone’s campuses.
