BBB Announces Registration as a Just® Organization

The Just® program is a voluntary disclosure tool for organizations to reveal how they support their employees and where they make financial and community investments—or, in the words of the ILFI, “a nutrition label for socially just and equitable organizations.”

To register, organizations voluntarily submit a variety of statistics and operational information to the ILFI, which then ranks 22 data points across six categories: Diversity & Inclusion, Equity, Employee Health, Employee Benefits, Stewardship, and Purchasing & Supply Chain.

Having completed registration, we are gratified to note that, even as architects make up a disproportionately large percentage of Just® organizations, BBB has emerged as one of the best-ranked architecture and planning firms nationwide. While there is always room for improvement, our Just® ranking empowers our employees to shape our culture and practice according to our shared values and recognizes our firm’s dedication to a more socially just and equitable organization.
