Transit-oriented development to bring 109 units of affordable housing to Ossining, NY

On April 1, 2025, BBB joined WBP Development to break ground on Station Plaza, a 109-unit affordable housing development in the village of Ossining, NY.
Located at 30 Main Street, this eight-story, mixed-use, transit-oriented development includes public parking and a public extension of the Sing Sing Kill Greenway through the site. Its design steps out from the steeply sloped, forested ravine to maintain the low-rise character of the village.
A brownfield remediation, it also incorporates best-practice sustainability measures: an all-electric building system, a high-performance building envelope, on-site energy generation, high-efficiency ground-source geothermal heat pumps, and electric car and bike charging.
