Located in the heart of the Lower East Side, PUBLIC Hotel is a vibrant ground-up boutique hotel concept in New York City.
Designed with Herzog & de Meuron, the project rises 25 stories with a raw concrete frame facade with oversized windows in a geometric grid. The tower consists of 367 hotel keys, and 11 luxury condominiums at the top seven floors. The building is set back from Chrystie Street allowing for a generous entry forecourt to the ground floor lobby, and providing access to the hotel, residences, and the five levels of programmed public hotel spaces that will include world class restaurants, bars, lounges, and meeting spaces.
