An integrated program of signage, identification, and environmental art helps employees navigate the large, multi-level office while reflecting the building’s early-20th-century heritage. Each of eight workplace “Quads” is defined by a unique supergraphic derived from historic photography—created through a combination of AI-assisted image generation and traditional digital techniques—so that crossing each threshold evokes the sensation of “walking through history.”
Tower Research Capital Graphics & Wayfinding
New York, NY

At Tower Research Capital’s new 122,000 SF headquarters atop 120 Broadway, supergraphic portals and custom signage weave together history and innovation to evoke a spirit of nostalgic optimism.

Throughout, custom signage directs people to their destination using a blend of historic and contemporary design motifs: the Domaine Sans typeface complements the faceted, narrow line-width iconography, and signage is mounted on brass to harmonize with the historically informed interior design palette, with backlighting for extra emphasis in strategic locations.
