In collaboration with Trinity Church, BBB led a full build-out of the 18th-floor amenities program of a new 26-story, mixed-use tower for Trinity Real Estate. Now known as the Hamilton Lounge, this amenity space offers all building tenants a workplace extension to their own office, a venue for meetings and events of varying sizes, and a space of respite for nourishment or a breath of fresh air. It features flexible meeting rooms with state-of-the-art IT and AV, a coworking lounge with a fireplace and coffee bar, private phone rooms, a kitchen, and a beautifully landscaped, furnished terrace with dramatic views of the skyline.

A modern, elegant amenity space supports a variety of work and social needs for an anchor Lower Manhattan institution and its office tenants.

BBB’s design employs warm grey wood tones throughout, custom millwork, luxe marble and bronze materials, movable glass privacy partitions, comfortable modern furnishings infused with color, and striking decorative lighting to foster an atmosphere of focus and calm.
