Katie Powers

Katie Powers is BBB’s Talent Manager with recruitment experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, and consulting industries. She is central to recruiting, retaining, and developing talent at BBB and is passionate about improving the candidate and employee experience with an emphasis on equitable hiring. Katie received a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University with a double major in Communications and French, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Capital Management at Columbia. She joined BBB in 2023.
