Senior Associate, Project Manager

Simone Elliott is an experienced Project Architect and Manager who uses her knowledge of design, code, and regulatory compliance on a wide range of projects - from complex, historic building renovations to ground-up new construction for dynamic, mixed-used facilities. Working from inception through completion with design teams, engineers, and contractors, she remains her client’s advocate of design intent throughout the construction process. Both LEED AP and WELL AP, she serves as the primary sustainability leader for many of BBB’s Washington DC office projects and is an active contributor to BBB’s WELL initiatives. Her clients include the District of Columbia Courts, Smithsonian Institution, United States Diplomacy Center, and Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court. Simone received her Bachelor of Architecture from The Catholic University of America and is NCARB certified. She joined BBB in 2006.
