Rising 27 stories in the city’s rapidly redeveloping downtown, this two-phase, mixed-use development provides affordable and market-rate housing and 14,000 SF of ground-floor commercial space. The design engages with the streetscape at ground level, particularly as the first building in the city to seamlessly integrate a public coffee shop into a residential lobby.

Deep, rich materials bring depth and sophistication to amenities including a gym with indoor and outdoor fitness areas, coworking space with outdoor hammock grove, library, bicycle storage, children’s playroom, and dog run. On the 25th floor, an outdoor pool, lounge, and games room are designed to capitalize on the light, air, and expansive 180-degree views of the Long Island Sound and New York City.
