Tinted glass boxes stack to create a visually stunning and modern, mixed-use residential building.
The 8-story contemporary condominium, near Long Island City's Court Square transit hub, features striking views and maximum natural light in open-plan units with floor-to-ceiling curtain walls and balconies.
The building, which includes 16,000 SF of street-front and lower-level retail space, incorporates Italian glass and other custom-manufactured materials with meticulous craftsmanship. Amenities include a sun-drenched atrium lobby, lounge and fitness center, children's play room, accessory parking, stroller and bicycle parking, a laundry, and pet wash. The 250 foot-long rooftop features a landscaped terrace programmed with both private and common spaces, cabanas, bocce ball, outdoor showers, and grilling stations. BBB designed the building with Dieguez Fridman as the collaborating architect.
