Beyer Blinder Belle, in collaboration with workshop/apd, designed the adaptive reuse and addition to the 1857 former Marine Commandant's house at the Brooklyn Navy Yard to create the Brooklyn Navy Yard Center at Building 92. Following extensive structural stabilization, exterior restoration and interior rehabilitation, the historic building has been returned to its former glory and transformed into a state-of-the-art green facility.
